Maintenance Schedule:

24 hours per day there is A mechanical on duty or on call at our facility.  We have service contracts with several service centers and dealerships to ensure efficiency.  Not only do our mechanics look over our vehicles, but we have inspectors that make sure that each vehicle has operating amenities and is cosmetically sound.

Chauffeur Information:

We currently deal with 7 certified full time chauffeurs.  Part time chauffeurs do not seem to have the same dedication to customer service that we require.  We believe that the part time chauffeur is looking for supplemental income and lacks the long term dedication to customer satisfaction.

Chauffeur Training:

Currently our President/CEO is also handling the position of chauffeur training manager.  He interviews every prospective chauffeur and walks them through our training program consisting of policy, paperwork, customer service and defensive driving.

Training consists of viewing video tapes illustrating proper procedure, FACE-to-FACE seminar, traveling with A certified trainer, spending two days with different chauffeurs, and being tested on everything thought.  No chauffeur is certified without A perfect motor vehicle report.  Each chauffeur has his/her individual file, where all training and supplemental training is documented.  Each file is updated once every two weeks.  At present, we do not require A first aid card or train first aid at our facility.  We welcome new ideas and are very interested  in adding to our training program.

Chauffeurs are required to be in full uniform whenever in the presence of A customer.  Our uniform consists of A black suit, A white dress shirt, tie, and black dress shoes.  Chauffeurs hat is optional.

Driver Safety Program:

We are consistently checking all facets of the vehicle's upkeep.  Not only is our service staff kept up to date on the vehicle's status, but each chauffeur has A 13-point checklist before operating each vehicle.  Any problem is documented, repaired, and put in the vehicle file.  All mechanics, service centers, or auto facilities must be fully licensed and bonded.

Dispatchers:

We currently use A dispatch service.  Most dispatchers are normally chauffeurs with A minimum of two years experience.  We have found that chauffeurs that have been trained and worked in areas we service have an advantage over outside dispatchers from other companies.  Dispatchers, in general, lack the customer service BACKGROUND that we train and monitor our chauffeurs on.  The experience of being A chauffeur assists them in the perception of quality service through the eyes of A chauffeur and the customer.
